Paramount was a complete and total gut renovation of a 1950s house which had multiple additions over the years, none of which were good. Located on a wide, tree lined street in the premiere neighborhood of Zilker, the location was ideal, and that was about it. Every major system was redone, every surface replaced, and we created a second floor master bath out of thin air. The end result was a remodel that came close to new construction with finishes that resonated with today’s buyer.
