Daugherty was brand new construction located in the coveted pocket of Allandale. This lot backed to commercial and our architect created a courtyard concept to keep the pool private while also adding a second story to the back ‘wing’ for this purpose. This was a very cool midcentury project which was inspired by Eichler’s designs in the ‘50s. It had all the bells and whistles for finishes and we can safely say we are very proud of this spec.
